Markets still rightfully nervous about debt ceiling issues and when John Boehner stated there was no deal with the democrats – stock market slipped and treasuries reversed up. Granted it was a short duration move but that’s the way things are with these galacticly important events.
Well now it is 11:46 a.m.c.s.t. and Obama wants Congress to act now – so things are getting edgy again. Tension may build heading into the weekend – so look for fixed income in the 10 and 30yr. treasury sector to probe higher.
