Treasury Trading Update.

Treasury Market remains fairly volatile.

Early buying out of London pushes opening straddles higher in 10's.

A decent sell off in 10 and 30yr. futures seems to have trapped weak shorts.

However will be keeping eye on over all trend.

Short end - again with fed policy locked till 2013 most action in the 2014 options.
